Location: Excellent location right in the town center, close to Stateline – very convenient for exploring the area.
Parking: Available for $10 per night. Note that it’s park at your own risk.
Check-in Staff: Outstanding service – friendly, welcoming, and informative.
Room: Clean and nicely maintained with a fresh scent. Lighting is a bit dim for my preference. The bed is on the softer side but still comfortable. Bathroom was clean and functional.
Breakfast: Great hot breakfast selection including eggs, bacon, potatoes, and a variety of bread, bagels, and muffins.
Overall: Great value for money. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in a central location.

This is my second stay at this property First time went well, this time not so much Room was clean except for dirty carpet Location: good Parking: $10.00 per night Breakfast: good Price for stay: $$$$$ Trash receptacles overflowing 24 HR coffee in lobby always empty or cold This was my go to property in this area till this trip Wife get a allergic reaction to the laundry power use for cleaning linens and or body wash or shampoo in shower Had to seek medical attention on departure date Contacted motel to notify managers of incident but no consideration of contact back Will stay elsewhere next time

Worst hotel for a best western hotel they need to do something about the property We did not get the room we paid for and they charged us for parking which is stupid when you have paid to stay there. The rooms had a shower thar was not for adult. And was up charged for the room. Was told with the problems that we had we would get a call from the manager and never did but did not expect it.

You don't have it listed for Santa Rosa New Mexico.2533 Historic Route 66. The best designed hotel of all. Lighting was terrific. How many times have you walked into a hotel and can't see in the room. With this it was bright when you wanted and great turn down soft lights. No dressers long bench in which to put your luggage. Shades on window, did not have to fight with drapes. See through refrigerator. How many times have you left something. Nice walk in shower.Nice restaurant next store. KUDOS to the person at Best Western that redesigned this Hotel.

I'm genuinely surprised at some of these reviews, given the wonderful stay we had at this hotel. Firstly, the decor is rustic as opposed to out dated (in my opinion) and created a great atmosphere in keeping with the local surroundings. The room was wonderful, lovely large beds, large rooms and our children loved the bunk beds. The toiletries in the shower smelled great and I loved the little touches like the wood clad sliding door and quartz counter top. I have no idea what was on the TV, we were constantly active so didn't use it. Reception were great, really helpful and even showed us some good places to visit while we were there. Breakfast was also nice, the porridge station was great, pastries fresh, nice cooked breakfast. All in all, I couldn't fault this place, particularly for the cost. Thanks BW for a wonderful stay.
